At Clarion we make quality, not compromises. Our legendary wood shutters are built with select-grade hardwoods (the highest grade available). We hand assemble, hand sand, and hand finish every shutter to your exact design specifications. Our genuine oil-based lacquer finish is smoother, stronger, and more durable than the water-base finishes other shutter companies use. We use solid hardwoods, and we never use cheaper MDF or "engineered" (finger-joint) woods to build our shutters.
